Atombet Terms & Conditions – Full Policy

📌 1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between atombet ("we", "us", "the Platform") and anyone who uses the atombet website or application ("you", "member").

By registering on or using atombet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using atombet.

Atombet operates under an international gaming license. The platform is committed to fair play, transparency, and protecting the interests of its members. Terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and advance notice of any changes will be provided.

👤 2. Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account on atombet:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only create one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Your mobile number must be verified via OTP.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

Using another person's details, providing a false identity, or stating an incorrect age is a direct violation of these Terms. Such accounts may be closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact atombet support immediately.

🪪 3. Age Verification & KYC

Atombet follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to comply with regulations and protect its members. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount.

Failure to provide KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account suspension and all transactions being frozen. With accurate information, verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Atombet supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If your balance includes bonus funds, withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions

Atombet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 5x.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% cashback on net losses. No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 for each referral, credited after the referred person makes their first deposit.
• Loyalty Points: Earn points on every bet. Points can be converted to cash.

• Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses is ৳30,000.
• Atombet reserves the right to void bonuses and investigate accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

⚽ 6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on atombet at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the stake will be refunded.
• Atombet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• The maximum single bet amount varies by event and market.

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on atombet:

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using atombet for money laundering purposes.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Attempting to hack or damage the atombet system.
• Fraudulent activity against other members.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims.

Any breach of this prohibition will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

Atombet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC information cannot be verified or fraudulent documents are found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Under instruction from legal authorities.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.

For standard account closures, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. For closures due to a breach of these Terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.

🛡️ 9. Responsible Gaming

Atombet takes responsible gaming seriously. We want our members to play for fun — free from stress or addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Break Mode: You can take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently deactivate your account is always available.
• Reality Check: You will receive session time reminders at regular intervals.

• If account details are compromised due to the member's own negligence.

• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by an unexpected technical error.
